Classic Alaska Charters provides some of the best saltwater and freshwater and Ketchikan Alaska fishing. Big Yelloweye, Ling Cod and Halibut, shrimp (when they are in season), and all you can eat crablegs! The photography and sightseeing are spectacular in the Alaskan Wilderness out where we go. At certain times of the year, the Northern Lights put on an awesome light show. Shooting stars seem to be more prevalent as well, or perhaps that’s because out in the wilds of Alaska away from city lights, they are much more visible. Whale watching, up close and personal, is always spectacular, and you’re sure to spot black bear, wolves, other wildlife along the shores of some of the smaller inlets. Hiking, kayaking, and beachcombing are among the other many activities available to guests aboard the Saltery C, CAC’s 40 foot charter boat. There’s so much to do besides fishing that there’s sure to be something for the entire family!
